An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Systems Developer to join a successful organization based in Northampton. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the maintenance and development of the IT systems and services employed by the business. There is a possibility for some work outside of the core business hours if required.

Skills / Environment
• Experience developing in C# as a Web Developer or SharePoint Developer.
• Experience developing .NET-based applications and services using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Experience developing with JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).
• Familiarity and understanding of T-SQL.
• Experience designing and developing intuitive user interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of IT systems.
Role Overview
• Investigate, analyse, and document requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain key software applications and component.
• Test all software developments and resolve any issues.
• Provide accurate development effort estimates.
• Ensure systems change management is carried out.
• Contribute significantly to third-tier support processes, resolving problems, documenting root causes, and improving service levels.
• Liaise with the business where required, ensuring a rapid response to all problems and issues and to provide feedback on ideas and queries.
• Develop implementation plans required to deal with complex requests for change, evaluating any risks to the integrity of the firm’s infrastructure associated with the change.

Integration Developer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Application/ Integration Developer to join a successful organization based in Northampton. The successful candidate will be working within the integration team which sits in an IT department made up of 60 IT professionals.

Skills / Environment
• SQL skills – T-SQL (SP, Views, SSRS, SSIS)
• BizTalk and/ or Azure Logic Apps
• Experience with Azure data platforms, Power BI is advantageous.
• Proven experience using .NET with C#
• Security awareness and understanding in relation to data storage and transport
• Experience in interpreting and analyzing requirements, referencing for engagement with end-users and putting together technical documentation and instructions.

Role Overview
• The Integration Developer will be responsible for the integration of disparate systems including case management systems, workflow/ BPM systems and SAP.
• Assist with the plans to migrate from Microsoft Biztalk to Azure services.
• Assist customers with all facets of the software development life cycle.
• Focus on Microsoft cloud application development and Microsoft Azure-based integration.
• Support and mentor junior staff members.
• Define and lead the development of desired solutions.
