• Solid experience working with ITSM and change processes (e.g. raising and managing changes in ServiceNow, CAB/change approval).
• Confident stakeholder manager, able to bring product owners, infra teams and vendors together to get things delivered.
• Able to juggle 2–3 concurrent projects, stay organised and maintain governance without heavy PMO support.
