Group IT & Systems Control Manager
Microsoft 365 / Supplier Management / Cyber Security / IT Governance
Leicestershire - Multi-site with monthly site visits
£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
Are you the person who makes sure an outsourced IT provider actually fixes the problem, rather than just closing the ticket? This Group IT & Systems Control Manager role puts you in control of IT across a growing care group, based in Leicestershire with monthly visits to homes in the West Midlands and Welsh borders, paying £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
It's the first in-house IT role, reporting to the CFO. This is not a helpdesk job: you'll be the intelligent client to the outsourced provider, tightening access and cyber controls and keeping licence costs in check as IT use grows across the homes.
There's room to shape what comes next too, including where AI could genuinely help.
What You'll Be Doing
What You'll Bring
Desirable: multi-site IT experience, identity and access management including 2FA, SaaS licence management, experience supporting non-technical users, an interest in practical uses of AI
What's On Offer
Please note: this role involves regular travel to every site, and it is a control-focused management role rather than a helpdesk technician role.
