Working within the Office of the COO for Technology Innovation Management, you'll sit at the heart of a team that connects technology with the wider business across EMEA and internationally. You'll drive awareness, engagement and adoption of innovation initiatives, turning complex concepts into crisp, business-focused narratives that land with senior stakeholders.
This is a day rate contract, inside IR35 (duration and rate to be confirmed shortly). The role is hybrid, based out of a London office close to Moorgate tube station.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing business management support to the Technology Innovation function, including strategic planning, prioritisation and execution of initiatives
- Managing and coordinating innovation engagement activities — town halls, speaker events and leadership sessions
- Developing innovation portfolio materials, case studies and executive briefing packs
- Creating compelling, business-focused narratives that showcase AI, automation and innovation initiatives
- Producing innovation updates, newsletters and awareness materials, translating technical concepts into clear business messaging
- Preparing reporting and management information for senior leadership
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders across Technology and the wider business functions
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years' experience as a Business Manager** (or similar) within a large organisation, ideally financial services or technology
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at pace
- Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills at all levels of an organisation
- A holistic understanding of technology operations and the support a bank requires, plus a good grasp of core banking functions
- The ability to present complex data simply and structurally, using storytelling
- Excellent communication skills, strong judgement and a calm, confident approach under pressure
- Desirable: experience with culture and employee engagement programmes
