What you'll be doing:
As a Senior Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to develop practical, scalable AI governance solutions, including:
- Designing and implementing AI governance frameworks, policies and operating models that support responsible AI adoption across the organisation.
- Developing governance processes spanning the full AI lifecycle, from concept and development through deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Providing AI assurance expertise by assessing AI systems against regulatory requirements, government guidance and ethical standards, including GDPR, the EU AI Act and other leading AI governance frameworks.
- Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to embed effective AI governance aligned to organisational strategy, culture and objectives.
- Developing and enhancing AI governance tools, methodologies and assets to help clients respond to an evolving regulatory landscape.
- Delivering workshops, training and knowledge-sharing sessions that build client capability and embed responsible AI practices.
- Supporting business development through proposals, bids, client presentations and proposition development, while contributing to thought leadership, internal initiatives and the continued growth of the AI Governance & Trust practice.
You'll combine consulting experience with a passion for responsible AI and strong stakeholder engagement skills. We're looking for:
- Recent hands-on experience delivering AI governance, Responsible AI or AI assurance projects, including governance frameworks, policies, operating models and governance processes.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, AI ethics and the regulatory landscape, including frameworks such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894, OECD AI Principles and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
- Knowledge of AI and data technologies, including AI lifecycle governance, model risk assessment, bias evaluation, data governance and post-deployment monitoring.
- The ability to translate complex governance challenges into practical solutions across people, process, technology and data.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leading workshops.
- Experience delivering training, developing client capability and producing high-quality consulting deliverables.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in emerging AI technologies, evolving regulations and industry best practice.
- Desirable: Experience contributing to business development activities, proposals, thought leadership, internal practice development or proposition creation.
