Lead the Transformation to AI-First Marketing

Our client is revolutionising travel through technology. As AI continues to reshape marketing, they are building an AI-first capability to drive smarter execution, stronger performance, and measurable business results.
We are seeking a senior leader to define and drive the AI strategy across Global Marketing—embedding AI into how marketing plans, executes, and delivers value at scale.
Role Focus
  • Define and implement the AI strategy and roadmap for Global Marketing
  • Integrate AI into end-to-end marketing workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build and scale an AI-first marketing operating model
  • Align strategies across global, regional, and local teams
  • Establish governance in collaboration with enterprise AI, technology, and risk teams
  • Develop organisational capability and drive adoption of AI tools and processes
  • Measure and showcase AI-driven impact on performance and pipeline
About You
  • Senior B2B marketing leader with experience in global, matrixed organisations
  • Proven track record of delivering AI or data-driven transformations at scale
  • Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing (content, campaigns, personalisation)
  • Experience shaping operating models and new ways of working
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and focused on measurable impact
