We are currently assisting this prestigious IT organisation in the recruitment of an Evergreen Deployment Engineer to join the Evergreen team and help in the creation of Windows 10 images and service packs and assist with planning and ongoing support. Experience with any ITSM tool would be useful, ideally ServiceNow.

Due to the security clearance requirement, this role would require you to be on-site full time at the office in Barrow-in-Furness

Role overview:
• Development of the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for desktop
• Identifying the impact of technical changes affecting the SOE to an operational level
• Provide 3rd line support to client support teams for the SOE


Key skills / Experience:

Role overview:
• 2nd Line responsibility for resolving Incidents

We are currently assisting in the hire of a Microsoft Technology Architect / SME to work with operational and project teams to provide detailed designs, build and guidance on various aspects of Microsoft solutions. These would include Cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), high-level and low-level designs, builds, configuration and testing.

Most of the work can be done remotely, however, due to the SC clearance requirement you would be expected to come in on-site occasionally as needed.
