As a trusted partner to this wealth management company, we have been asked to assist in the search for a delivery analyst who will apply their experience of Thunderhead / Smart Communications toolset to lead the implementation of several projects and small changes across the business.

As part of this role, you will prepare XML data schemas, deliver quality correspondence solutions in the Smart Communications toolset within agreed timescales, and engage in all stages of the projects.

Key Skills / Environment
- Experience of preparing XML Data Schemas
- Experience with Thunderhead / Smart Communications Toolset
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the CCM industry

Role Overview
As the successful Support Technician, you will undertake small to medium sized IT Projects, for example an ERP migration from AX 2009 to Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as configure and install PC/Laptop hardware and software in line with company standards, ensuring reliability and a high level of performance. You will perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop problems reported by end-users and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users when needed.

Key responsibilities sought:
• Provide a strategic overview of all programmes, projects and interdependencies to senior management.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve reporting dashboards used to inform key business decisions.
• Support the integrity of the data held in the PPM tool, ensuring the validity of reports.
