Base salary £100k - £120k base + bonus + bens
We are proud to be a long-term recruitment partner (15+ years) to one of the world’s leading international banks. Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead high-profile change programs within their Finance Portfolio.
This is a senior role driving delivery of finance transformation, digitalisation, and regulatory change projects across their EMEA operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead complex Finance Change & Technology projects from initiation to delivery.

Manage timelines, budgets, risks, RAID logs and stakeholder reporting.

Partner with senior business and technology leaders, external vendors, and consultants.

Drive strong governance, steering committees, and cross-functional working groups.

Deliver programs in line with regulatory requirements, operational risk standards, and global frameworks.
Skills & Experience

10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale Finance/Banking technology change programs.

Proven track record in managing regulatory or finance transformation projects.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience across end-to-end lifecycle delivery (SDLC, waterfall & agile).
- A financial services background is essential.
- Relevant certifications (Prince2, PMI, Six Sigma, Agile) desirable.
