IS Technical Support Analyst – Dublin – up to €50,000

Join a global IT team where every day is different!

You’ll join a busy global IT environment supporting users, systems, and infrastructure across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role where you’ll troubleshoot issues, support core services, and help keep business-critical systems running smoothly.

What you’ll do
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support for Windows devices, servers, printers, and networks
  • Manage incidents and requests via ITIL ticketing systems
  • Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure)
  • Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues
  • Maintain IT assets and documentation
  • Support system changes, moves, and occasional out-of-hours cover
What you’ll need
  • IT Support / Service Desk experience
  • Windows 10/11 and Active Directory knowledge
  • Microsoft 365 support experience
  • Basic networking troubleshooting skills
  • ITIL ticketing system experience
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable: PowerShell, SQL, Citrix, Windows Server
