Salesforce Data Analyst

Are you an experienced Salesforce Data Analyst with strong migration and reconciliation expertise? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile transformation project, supporting the migration of KYC workflow data into a Salesforce-based platform.

You’ll be working on a complex, business-critical implementation where accuracy, control and stakeholder collaboration really matter. If you thrive in regulated environments and enjoy turning legacy data into clean, audit-ready insight, this could be the ideal next move.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analysing legacy KYC workflow data from tools such as Jira, Excel and Access to identify in-scope onboarding and renewal cases for migration into nCino.

  • Defining migration scope, assumptions, cut-off rules and exclusions, and creating source-to-target mappings aligned to the nCino/Salesforce data model, including case status, SLA logic, ownership, queues, region and entity attributes.

  • Assessing data quality issues, supporting cleansing or remediation activities, and validating trial data loads in sandbox/UAT environments.

  • Completing post-migration reconciliation and exception analysis to confirm completeness and accuracy.

  • Supporting UAT, producing validation and sign-off documentation, and acting as the main data point of contact across PMO, Technology, implementation partners and KYC stakeholders.

What you’ll need

  • Strong data analysis skills, including profiling, reconciliation, validation and source-to-target mapping.

  • Experience working with Salesforce-based platforms, ideally nCino, including an understanding of objects, fields, workflows and reporting structures.

  • Proven experience delivering data migration activity for Salesforce or nCino implementations, ideally within financial services.

  • Experience working with KYC, onboarding or regulatory workflow data in a regulated environment.

  • Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, plus a strong risk and control mindset.

Desirable experience

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, data migration or reporting.

  • Salesforce or nCino certifications.

  • Experience migrating data from tactical tools such as Jira or Excel-based trackers into strategic platforms.
