AI Python Developer
12 Month FTC in Belfast - up to £70k DOE
We are looking for an AI Cognitive process automation developer with strong data engineering experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions using LLMs, NLP, and ETL pipelines. The role involves end‑to‑end AI solution development, data processing, and building lightweight UIs for AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI‑driven solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
- Build and integrate LLM‑based applications and agent workflows
- Develop data processing and ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Apply NLP and deep learning techniques for text understanding and generation
- Create interactive UI dashboards and demos using Streamlit
- Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver scalable, production‑ready solutions
- Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and maintainability
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands‑on experience in Python development
- Strong expertise in Python libraries:
- Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit‑learn
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents
Solid understanding of:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Deep Learning techniques
- Experience building ETL / data processing workflows
- Hands‑on experience building UIs using Streamlit
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
