You will lead the charge in maturing cost transparency frameworks, providing the data-driven insights that steer multi-million-pound investments and cloud transformation strategy.
As Senior Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst, you'll take full ownership of the enterprise-wide TBM roadmap — maturing IT cost allocation models, showback/chargeback frameworks, and technology costing models to deliver the cost transparency that powers multi-million-pound decisions, FinOps unit economics, and cloud transformation.

The Impact You'll Make:
- Drive the Strategy: Lead EMEA TBM roadmap execution, maturing TBM taxonomy, IT tower cost models, governance, and activity-based costing for IT
- Architect Cost Models: Own TBM/ITFM cost engines (cost pools → towers → applications → services → business units) aligned with Finance budgeting/forecasting
- Tooling Ownership: Functional lead for TBM platforms (Apptio, Magic Orange, Cost Lens, Proven Optics, Yarken), ensuring data integrity
- Executive Influence: Deliver dashboards analysing run/grow/transform spend, FinOps metrics, application rationalisation, vendor optimisation
- Team Leadership: Mentor analysts; present insights to senior Technology/Finance leaders
- Deep TBM Council standards, IT cost classification, and technology cost-modelling expertise from large enterprises
- Proven IT budgeting/forecasting, cost allocation, chargeback/showback experience
- Hands-on TBM/ITFM tools + stakeholder mastery translating complex data to executive insights
- Desirable: Banking/regulated, FinOps/cloud financial management, application portfolio costing, TBM/Apptio certifications
