Demand Management Estimation Specialist c.£50k + good bens
Location – Telford (70% remote 30% required in Office)
We are seeking a Demand Management Estimation Specialist to join our client based In Telford. You will join a capability of 110+ professionals who provide Demand Management, PMO and Business Operations and functions. What you’ll do
• You’ll become part of the Estimation Centre of Excellence, a small team of Estimation SMEs supporting with Estimation and in particular measuring and improving Estimation Maturity
• Use your estimation skills and experience to both support and drive Estimation improvement, in particular tooling, processes and knowledge management throughout the development lifecycle
• Support and assure estimates for larger, more complex propositions
• Collaborating with the client and become an effective member of the Estimation Community of Practice
What you’ll bring
• Strong experience of Estimation, Estimation tooling, Estimation techniques and methods (e.g., Top-Down, Bottom-Up, Analogy, 3-point Estimation, Monte-Carlo simulations).
• Good Communications and Written Skills
• Experience of being a change agent, delivering improvements
• Excellent analytical skills and Microsoft O365
