As a tier 1 preferred supplier to one of the world’s leading consultancies we have be asked to assist with the search and selection a talented ServiceNow Developer. You will assist in the management and Administration of a ServiceNow Platform to support a service offering to our customer. You will be part of a New ServiceNow team you will be the Senior developer responsible for the administration and development of the ServiceNow platform. You will have been the lead technical experienced developer for this service.

Responsibilities include:
• In collaboration with Service Integration and Management consultants, will assist clients in the implementation of Service Management practices
• As a Senior Developer you will be expected to be a trusted source of knowledge and support, lead, mentor, share knowledge and advise the other developers within the team, expanding their capabilities
• Setting coding standards of best practices, ensuring that all work delivered by the team meets those standards. Ensuring appropriate governance as well as accurate documentation.
• Subject Matter Expert for integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, whether developing ticket exchange with other ITSM products, or integrations with bespoke business systems. -Assists ServiceNow System Administrators, SI Process Consultants, and Business Analysts with incident resolution, as needed
• Delivering high-quality solutions that are fit for purpose through analysis and challenging unnecessary customisation and focusing on a development and deployment approach that delivers flexibility to support changing business needs without the need to redevelop ServiceNow as functionality is expanded

KEY SKILLS ( please note not all essential):
You should demonstrate some of following competencies:
• Experience in advanced administering ServiceNow Platform – must have
• Enterprise and/or IT Service Management experience
• Scripting – JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Jelly
• TOM (Discovery, Event, Service Mapping)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certificate
• Application Creation in ServiceNow
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks
• Understanding Agile and SCRUM
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be willing to undertake DV Clearance

As the Change Lead you will ensure that change management staff are following processes and the lifecycle of changes are logged, progressed, updated/authorised and actioned/resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and involved in the process.
Key Responsibilities
As Change Lead, your responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
• Ensure that all changes are managed properly by the Change management support staff
• Initiates periodic checks and balances of existing changes within the system for accuracy and process compliance by both the change managers and support staff
• Escalate any changes which are damaging the quality of the Authority Service
• Ensure all changes comply with controls and customer/regulatory controls

• Ensure training occurs and monitor regular training for resolver groups in preparing RFC’s

Key Skills
As someone with experience in Change Management with a good General knowledge of desktop products, procurement and operational delivery of services, you will demonstrate an ownership mentality and will be able to evidence the below requirements:
• Have strong knowledge of how to manage SLA’s and KPI’s;
• Be an influencer;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Ability to update existing and create new process documentation and training materials;
• Arbitrate all change queries;
