We are currently looking for an SAP Programme Manager to join a highly regarded and well known global consultancy. As an experienced SAP Project / Programme Manager, your primary role will be to take responsibility for leading SAP based engagements which embrace all aspects of business design, functional and technical build, business acceptance and solution implementation.
As an SAP Programme Manager, you will lead engagements to transform client’s businesses throughout the full lifecycle of a project. The role will include contract schedules, planning, mobilising, and leading the implementation of SAP and related often integrated applications in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall environments.
Key skills (not all essential):
• Experienced with all aspects of SAP delivery through hand over to early life support
• Understand and have used Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodologies
• Able to demonstrate your skills and previous experience, working on SAP projects across different industries and clients
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience of managing large global and distributed teams
• Enjoy mentoring and developing junior talent as well as sharing knowledge across the team and the wider SAP practice
Responsibilities:
• Be involved in the sales process working to help shape new propositions
• Manage the handover from the sales to delivery team
• Deliver against the contract, managing scope, delivering to cost and quality and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Provide clear and concise status and project reporting both to the client and internally
• Manage and motivate a high performing team, supporting them with continued development
• Manage the client relationship at Senior Management level (CxO-1 or above)
• Responsible for delivery governance; managing risks and quality, achieving engagement financial and delivery KPIs.
• Manage the key delivery processes of commercial management, financial management and stakeholder management
• Maintaining the required level of Certification level for your grade, and the scale and complexity of the projects that you are required to deliver

About the role

As a Business Change Consultant, you will work with customers, in house applications and technology consultants to manage and deliver people change. You’ll provide advice and assistance so that the people are fully engaged, the project is successful and the benefits are delivered.
You’ll work alongside key customers to address the people aspects of package implementations and bespoke IT developments as well as taking an active part in sales and pre-sales activity, presenting to customers, and contributing to bids.

Key Requirements
Experience facilitating and leading workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust.

Role Responsibilities:
