You’ll be part of a skilled, collaborative IT team where your expertise in Intune, Azure, and endpoint management will have a real impact — streamlining systems, enhancing user experience, and strengthening cyber resilience.
What you’ll be doing
- Take ownership of endpoint management, ensuring configuration, optimisation, and alignment with best practices.
- Administer and enhance Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, Autopatch, patching, and compliance policies.
- Manage hybrid and cloud device environments through Entra ID and Active Directory, helping drive a full transition to cloud identity.
- Maintain and optimise Group Policies and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and lead structured incident response.
- Support post-acquisition IT integrations, ensuring secure and scalable outcomes.
- Monitor system health, produce performance reports, and proactively optimise infrastructure.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and champion process improvements.
- Collaborate across internal teams and external vendors to deliver a secure, seamless user experience.
- Oversee secure, scalable print management solutions across the organisation.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, Autopatch, compliance, profiles).
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid environments.
- Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Good understanding of Microsoft security solutions, patch management (ideally Patch My PC), and vulnerability mitigation.
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, Certificates, RADIUS).
