Salary: Up to £88,000 (pro rata)
A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its Change function.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple change initiatives. Responsibilities include process mapping, data analysis, and ensuring deliverables align with desired business outcomes.
You will manage your own workload, identify risks, and contribute to business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility studies.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience working across multiple workstreams
- Regulatory change experience
- Strong requirements documentation and process mapping skills
- Knowledge of settlement lifecycles (funds, FX, etc.)
- Background in investment or wealth management operations
- Experience working with third parties (custodians, brokers, transfer agents)
- T+1 experience (desirable)
