1st / 2nd Line Support Technician – Helpdesk Analyst – Fareham – up to 32K
We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software, and EPoS systems via phone, email, and in-person. You’ll troubleshoot issues, install and maintain systems, and ensure minimal downtime for our clients.

We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software, and EPoS systems via phone, email, and in-person. You’ll troubleshoot issues, install and maintain systems, and ensure minimal downtime for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve IT issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Support EPoS hardware, back-office applications, Windows PCs, and network systems.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and log support issues accurately.
- Participate in on-call rota for weekends and bank holidays.
- Minimum 1–2 years in IT support preferred.
- Any knowledge of EPoS operations, SQL Server, Windows, networking, and remote access tools would be highly desirable
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Location: Fareham, Hampshire
- Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon–Fri
- Salary: £27,000–£32,000 + BUPA & Pension after probation
