Family-run market leader in children’s arts and crafts, is looking for an IT Support Specialist! This is your chance to grow your career while supporting a diverse IT environment including Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and networks.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for IT support and troubleshooting.
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and warehouse systems.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and IT inventory.
- Maintain Microsoft 365, cybersecurity systems, and network infrastructure.
- 1–3 years in IT support.
- Strong Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and networking knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA).
- Experience with Windows Server, VMware, Veeam, Wi-Fi management, or cloud tools.
