We’re looking for a driven and articulate Sales & Business Development Associate to join our growing team in the heart of Mayfair. You’ll play a pivotal role in generating new business leads and opening doors for our Investment and Fund Managers by engaging with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, is confident with client interaction, and wants to develop their career in financial services with a respected and ambitious firm.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively reach out to IFAs via phone and email to introduce our services
  • Book qualified, high-quality meetings for our senior investment professionals
  • Join occasional client meetings to support with note-taking and follow-up
  • Help prepare and distribute factsheets, brochures, and other marketing materials
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with contact history and meeting notes
  • Share feedback and insights from the market to support our broader distribution strategy
What we’re looking for:
  • A clear, confident phone manner and strong verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and motivation to build relationships and open new doors
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or client development within financial services
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and reliable in following up actions
  • A collaborative mindset – you’re happy to support team-wide projects and goals
  • A genuine interest in investment management and the IFA landscape
