1. Did you know that for the most part it’s easier for a recruitment agency to fill a temporary / contract IT vacancy than it is a permanent role? Given this is the case, you should not be agreeing the same margin/mark-up fee charges in place for permanent hires. Margin/mark-up fees should be measurably lower. Play hard-ball with your recruiters. You decide on an acceptable margin/mark-up and communicate this requirement to your supplier agencies. If a Recruiter pushes back, drop them.
