Technical Programme Manager
Finance planning / Wealth Management

£500 – £550 p/d + 15.55% (Umbrella PAYE*)

As an established and approved technology recruitment partner to this global financial services organisation we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Technical Programme Manager to ensure the delivery of large-scale IT change projects. Candidates with a wealth management, financial planning and financial services applications background are desired.
Key skills / Experience:
• Experience of complex large-scale change delivery, preferably within the financial services sector
• In depth knowledge and demonstrable application of different project and programme delivery methodologies such as Scaled Agile Programmes
• Managing virtual teams across function/cross business and geographies
• Strong knowledge of the IT Software Development lifecycles, including associated methodologies and their practical application
• Experience in line and matrix management environment
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation, planning and executive level presentations
This role may suit candidates, who hold the following job titles: Project Manager, Programme Manager, Technical Project Manager, Senior PM, Technical Programme Manager
*Inside IR35 (PAYE Umbrella): This contract is Inside IR35 and you will need to contract via an Umbrella company on PAYE. The day rate on offer is circa £500-£550pd + a 15.55% uplift. The uplift covers Employer’s NI (15.05%) and the Apprenticeship Levy (0.5%) so that these are not deducted from your day rate.
