Job description

Well established, leading provider of automated business solutions with an extensive global customer base within Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance Services, along with public sector organisations is looking for a Support

Role Overview
As the Support Analyst, you will provide excellent customer service, supporting clients over the phone and remotely, in line with SLA’s. Writing database scripts, stored procedures for SQL and Oracle, working with windows client / server architecture, XML/XSL scripting.
