IT Service Delivery Partner
Abingdon, Oxfordshire

As a preferred and trusted PSL recruitment partner to this innovative market leader, we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of a permanent Service Delivery Analyst. We are also using the term Service Delivery Partner as we feel this perhaps best describes the vacancy. You will be joining a highly established and exciting division within the company group that delivers services to the education sector throughout the UK.

This a rewarding and varied opportunity that involves working in a close-knit team at the heart of all operations. You will take responsibility for the organisation and successful delivery of services for customers and will be an important part of the Service Operations Team. Being a customer facing position, you will be expected to liaise closely with customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

Candidates do not need to especially be too technical (from an IT service management perspective).

Key Skills / Requirements / Experience
- Experience of facilitating the delivery of IT services
- Able to work with KPIs, SLAs, OLAs
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Thrive in high-pressure environments and ability to prioritise workloads
- IT Service Management / Project Management Principles (ITIL, PRINCE2, ITSM)
- Strong / Advanced MS Excel User (experience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Delivering services from planning to closure
- Continual Service Improvement / Process Improvement / Ensuring best practice
- Customer Service Improvement Planning
