Senior Solutions Architect / Delivery Architect
UK wide – office base location flexible
Salary – £70k - £110k + excellent benefits package
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join a leading and innovative team within a global, award winning consultancy. Our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package.
As the Senior Solutions Architect, you will work within a growing team of well over 100 people and will be the custodian of the technical integrity of one of the organisations high profile client’s projects or programmes. Although working predominately from home initially, you will later typically be on the client’s premises working closely hand in hand with their employees, the engagement manager and the technical team post Covid.
Responsibilities include:
• Designing the technology aspects of the solution in line with business objectives and architecture principles
• You’ll ensure that software engineering best practice is followed
• Actively manage technical risks
• Work closely with the Engagement Manager to present a unified front to the client
Key skills
• Proven experience within a senior level Delivery Architect / Technical / Solutions Architect type role
• Good software engineering knowledge
• A structured approach to architectural design
• Strong consultancy and interpersonal skills
• Experience of Agile projects
• Specific sector knowledge e.g. retail, utility, travel and transport or similar, or consultancy experience
