Senior Business Analyst
Home based – Remote with some occasional travel
Salary £55-65K plus excellent benefits (inc. pension scheme, life insurance, private health care, dental health care, corporation discounts and more)
A leading UK law firm with an impressive list of household name commercial clients are looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to join the expanding team. Employees are able to do a mixture of both remote working and office based work in Northampton. With a turnover of over £150m and holding the “Platinum Standard” Investors in People award, our client has an excellent reputation within the legal field.
Main responsibilities
• Liaise with key stakeholders in the identification and development of improvements to current business systems.
• Introduce and oversee implementation of new technology and systems.
• Evaluate business requests and advise on suitability and implementation.
• Carry out full business analysis to include requirements and solution.
• Conduct technology research within the legal market.
• Manage the delivery of projects into the associated sections.
• Carry out and manage testing of any solutions prior to implementation
• Produce accurate and concise documentation.
• Work under pressure according to tight deadlines
Skills and qualifications
• Self-motivating with a flexible approach.
• An inquisitive and analytical mind.
• A methodical and accurate worker, able to see tasks through to the end.
• The ability to express ideas clearly in speech, email and documentation.
• The confidence, maturity and stature to deal effectively with colleagues in all parts and levels of the business.
Role-specific knowledge and expertise
• Experience of running Agile projects.
• Have worked in a legal environment before.
• Have a good understanding of systems and legal technologies available
• Experience of working with artificial intelligence in the legal sector
• Experience in process and requirements analysis
• Experience of Business Process Reengineering.
Travel to other UK offices will be necessary on occasions and ability to work flexible or extended hours to complete some tasks outside of core business hours of 08:00 to 18:00 may be required.
