Global Payroll Senior Business Analyst – ERP Transformation – AED 35K-50K (£6,000 - £10,000) p/m AED
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Long Term Contract

Are you looking to gain commercial exposure to an international client? An opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious organisations in the world based in Dubai has arisen for a Payroll Senior Business Analyst to work on a long-term contract basis.

This positions will be situated within a major ERP transformation Program, and we are specifically looking for strong ERP experience in either SAP or Oracle and solid System Integration experience. Prior industry experience within travel or aviation is also highly desirable, as is experience working on global / multi-geography ERP Transformation projects.

Skills / Environment

• Conduct and lead workshops identifying global / local country requirements and draw out the global design in collaboration with Payroll SMEs and Global Payroll Solution provider
• Being a Global Payroll domain expert and act as an advisory to business payroll SMEs and in liaison with Global payroll provider
• Validate and ensure the global design for payroll solution would cover the global payroll services needs and its scalable for adapting the variations needed as part of local requirements
• Validate and ensure all local regulatory and statutory requirement are covered as part of requirements and solution.
• Act as a scope guardian and ensure local country requirements are rationalise and aptly aligned to global design
• Validate and ensure that the payroll solution design provided by the global payroll provider is Future-ready to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance employees’ experiences.
• Identify and draw out integration specification with ERP solutions ( S4Hana, SuccessFactors , TandA system preferably Workforce and SAP concur)
• Assess , Draw strategies and validate payroll solution deployments for organizations across the globe.
• Contribute and review the test strategy and test results covering System testing, Integration testing and parallel payroll testing for organisations across the globe.
• Draw out test case for end to end process and support Payroll SME with User acceptance testing
• Collaborating across the global payroll provider, Entities SMEs / Management and project teams to drive enterprise-wide transformational projects on a global scale
