Risk Business Analyst
International Banking Group – 6 Month Contract
PAYE Umbrella: to £500-550pd + 17.3% PAYE Uplift
Currently Home Working, Later Central London

As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this international banking group for over eight years, we are assisting in the hire of a contract Risk Business Analyst.

As Risk Business Analyst, you will lead the risk stream for the introduction of Loan IQ for Credit Risk, Market Risk & Liquidity risk reporting. Analysis is required to review/confirm requirements to ensure the bank can provide the required reporting to the regulator. Candidates must have extensive and robust experience in the banking sector, working within large scale, global banks, with good knowledge of Murex and Credit / Liquidity and Market Risk.

Skills needed (not all essential):

• Business analysis experience working for a top tier bank
• Excellent product knowledge across loan products
• Ability and experience of working under pressure
• Good overall knowledge of the Murex platform
• Excellent understanding of Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk and Market Risk processes.
• Ability to take ownership of leading a Risk stream
• Experience of working within the securities sector ideally
• Loan IQ knowledge would be ideal
• Ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels
• Solid communication skills - both written and oral

This role may suit an individual who has held the following roles: Business Analyst, Risk BA, Credit / Liquidity / Market Risk Business Analyst

*Inside IR35 (PAYE Umbrella): This contract is Inside IR35, and you will need to contract via an Umbrella company on PAYE. The day rate on offer is £500-550 + 17.3% Uplift p/d. The uplift covers Employer’s NI (13.8%), Pension (3%) and the Apprenticeship Levy (0.5%) so that these are not deducted from your day rate.
