Job description

Our client is an extremely well run financial services organisation in London. We are an established and trusted recruitment partner to this global group. We have been asked to assist with the recruitment of a Resource Management Analyst, this is an urgent vacancy for ASAP start.

The Resource Management Team is responsible for managing and governing the supply of Human Resources to the EMEA Technology function. This role reports to the Head of Resource Management and is part of the team responsible for resource forecasting, on-boarding, utilisation and management of all HR/people matters and processes within EMEA Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

•Support the Resource Management team by managing and maintain the Resource Tracker and organisation chart, ensuring data updates provided by HR, Line Managers and the Resource Management Team are reflected accurately in the list. Ensure data integrity to ensure business and financial reporting can be delivered.
•Support the Resource Management team by document all staff movements to ensure staff cost is accurate at all times.
•Manage and deliver the staff induction training and regularly review with colleagues and training teams to ensure the most up to date data is used. In addition ensure all new joiners have a “Buddy” to contribute to giving the best experience of joining EMEA Technology. Request and review feedback from all those taking part and review regularly, using feedback to improve the experience for new joiners.
•Co-ordinate the weekly Small Work Authority Board meeting by preparing agenda, minutes and reporting and progressing requests as required.
•Assist the Resource Management team with monthly and termly reporting to head office, focusing on headcount and resourcing trends.
•Assist in the gathering of information to allow the Resource Management team to forecast the resource population on a rolling six months.
•Provide support in ad-hoc request made to the Resource Management team in relation to resource data.
