Proposition Delivery Manager
Mix of Home Working / London EMEA HQ

As a trusted and preferred recruitment partner to this leading global provider of cloud-based solutions to the global financial sector, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Proposition Delivery Manager, to manage several product launches concurrently. Working closely with the product owners to understand the products, its features, its business value to both the organisation and to the customer.
Already benefitting from a dominance in the North American finance industry, our client is expanding its London operations to better serve the UK and EU markets. This is an exciting time to join, and you will have the opportunity to work both from home and within their state-of-the-art EMEA HQ in London.
Your Job
- Define and deliver a cohesive understanding of the product's value proposition to all areas of the business
- Own and maintain the Lifecycle Framework
- Assess the organization's ability to deliver the proposition
- Be accountable for the delivery of the proposition against the agreed deliverables
- Ability to understand the needs of different stakeholder groups
- Provide regular detailed reporting and metrics on agreed pre-launch planning and activities
- Facilitate the Proposition Go Launch calls
- Managing several product launches concurrently.
- Relay the product objectives and business benefits to the stakeholders and brief the stakeholders on the process of the Lifecycle Framework
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or relevant experience
- Agile Delivery or Project Management certification
- Technical Program or Project Management experience
- Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent understanding of the proposition lifecycle
- Ability to work on, and at times lead, multiple activities at one time
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders both internally and external
- Identify, manage and escalate issues, risks and dependencies as appropriate, while working with a broad stakeholder group to define necessary priorities, solutions and mitigation plans
