Business Analyst – Privilege Access Management PAM
Financial Services
2 days per week on site - City of London office - Moorgate tube

As a trusted partner to one of the world’s largest banks, we have been tasked with recruiting a Business Analyst to be responsible for supporting the implementation of Identity and Access Management, specialising in Privilege Access Management. Strong knowledge and experience of PAM ideally, Integration with other tools/applications where the PAM can integrate.

Key responsibilities include:
• Work with PAM technical leads to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how PAM should work in the organization.
• Work with the broader IT security, risk and compliance organization to interpret policies and standards, ensuring policies and standards are properly followed by the PAM Solution.
• Understanding of security risk and implementation of mitigating controls
• Provisioning of accounts in PAM solution if needed.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand business processes
• Mapping business requirements to technical requirements
• Designing secure patterns for Identity Flows
• Supporting the team with process, run books, on-boarding documentation
• Working with the international teams to capture requirements from the various stakeholders.
• Gathering findings from internal and external audit to help shape requirements for the next phase of the project.
• Working closely with the PM to deliver per schedule.

Key skills include some of the following (not all essential);
• Privilege Access Management experience with business analysis or technical/functional design and implementation experience of configuring and integrating PAM in a financial services environment
• Definition, assessment, and governance of process, procedures, and controls for privilege access management
• Delivering PAM to meet compliance requirements
• Proven experience on working on a PAM Solution.
• A detailed and proven understanding of account management within highly complex environments.
• Proven understanding of current best practice approach to security assurance and the application of security frameworks
• Planning and prioritising multiple work streams in response to rapidly developing and changing portfolios
• Experience with business analysis, solution design in other cybersecurity domains
• Experience of supplier and third party risk man
