Job description

A leading elite MSP, with an impressive client base across the UK and the US, is rapidly growing, and looking to recruit a Level 3 Support Engineer to support a major US client. The focus will be on developing and supporting a management service that delivers worldwide IT infrastructure support from data centres across the globe, e.g. dealing with alerts from infrastructure monitoring tools, being a point of escalation for the service desk, systems tuning and ticket management/resolution.

One of the main clients of this MSP is a major user of Windows Virtual Desktop - WVD - a relatively new Microsoft technology.

Preference will be given to candidates with any commercial exposure of this technology - if you don't have experience, then this will be a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to this increasingly important technology.

If you are self starter, adaptable with 3rd line support experience, as well as some of the technologies below, please apply!
