Global manufacturer with 40+ year’s experience is urgently looking to recruit an IT Support Technician, to join their team of 5. You will be the single point of contact for end-users to receive first line support on all aspects of the company’s IT environment.

Skills / Environment
• Windows 7/10/2012/2016 Workstation and Server operating systems
• Previous call center or helpdesk support experience
• Active Directory
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Desirable skills: Microsoft Office 365, Network support, project work, ERP, ITIL

Role Overview
As the successful Support Technician, you will undertake small to medium sized IT Projects, for example an ERP migration from AX 2009 to Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as configure and install PC/Laptop hardware and software in line with company standards, ensuring reliability and a high level of performance. You will perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop problems reported by end-users and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users when needed.
