Job description

As an established IT recruitment partner to this global wealth management organisation, we are currently assisting in the hire of a number of IT Care Technicians to provide day to day IT end-user services and support for the business.

Skills / Environment
• Provide support to resolve IT issues through effective diagnosis, technical actions, and customer focus
• Support IT equipment installations and changes
• Build, configure and set up equipment for new starters and employees, ensuring access is managed securely.
• Provide IT education, training, awareness, and support when rolling out equipment to end-users
• Maintain an active presence with end-users identifying and resolving IT issues
• Identify trends and take proactive steps to eliminate future demand through seeking opportunities to improve service
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting

Requirements:
• Experience providing face to face and remote customer service and IT support, with excellent communication skills
• Experience providing IT technical support in a windows environment working with desktops, laptops, tablets, telephony solutions and smart phones.
• Experience with supporting Win 10, O365, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure is desirable
• IT Service Management, IT End User or IT operational support experience desirable
