Job description

Customer Experience Team Leader – circa 25K plus benefits
Software house
Southampton

Award winning, international company with offices based in Southampton, London and Singapore are looking to recruit a Customer Experience Team Leader. You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Customer Experience Analysts and assist the Customer Experience Manager in managing scan related projects. You will provide regular reports on projects/customer experience analyst progress, assist/run quarterly sessions and monitor and improve the team’s quality and productivity.


Skills:
• Proven experience in the management and development of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages
• Excellent attention to detail
Desirable:
• Experience of managing a remote team
• Proven experience in QA conducted in a contact centre environment

Role Overview
As the successful Customer Experience Team Leader, you will produce client reporting, ensure client deadlines are met and conduct QA of the analyses produced by Customer Experience Analysts to ensure consistency and accuracy. Highlight any improvements that could be made to systems and methods to achieve the combined end goal. Additional tasks will include leading out on training for new Customer Experience Analysts and monitor and improve Customer Experience Analyst productivity.

Salary: circa 25K
