Change and Release Management Lead - £30k - £40k DOE
Global Consultancy
Inverness

We are currently assisting this prestigious IT organisation in the recruitment of a Change and Release Management Lead to join the team in Inverness and oversee the change process by ensuring the correct procedures have taken place within scope of the Service Level Agreement.

There are two roles available in this space at different levels.

Role overview:
• Ensure the Change and Release process is adhered to and both Change and Release are deployed without service disruption
• Ensure agreed Requests for Change (RFC) are entered correctly in the Service Management tool
• Reject impractical RFCs
• Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Post Implementation Review meetings for supported area
• Ensure a back-out plan prepared internally is in evidence and has been considered within the overall implementation plan to minimize impact to service availability
• Review, monitor and communicate the progress and final outcome of cross tower Changes to all relevant parties
• Provide change reporting as needed
• Arbitrate all Change queries across tower changes

Key skills / Experience:
• Prior experience in the leadership of change and release management
• Strong leadership and Stakeholder Management Skills
• Understanding of Service Management Framework
• Ability to present at all levels
• Demonstrate an ownership mentality
• Strong customer communication skills
• ITIL v4 Foundation (desirable)
