2nd Line Technical Support Analyst
Aylesbury area, Buckinghamshire
Salary – £28-30k + excellent benefits package

We are seeking a 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst to join a leading and innovative team within a global, award winning consultancy. Our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package.

As the 2nd Line Technical Support Specialist, will receive, troubleshoot, process, and resolve Support Requests and Incidents which require on-site help or have been escalated to 2nd line by Service Desk team. Being a part of global team, you will also be engaged in global and local projects.

Responsibilities include:
• Providing on-site support for the end client
• Process and resolve incidents and service requests requiring on-site work or deep knowledge about systems/processes
• Image and configure PCs/laptops and applications for users
• Provide on-boarding trainings for users
• Act as 2nd line of support onsite and other sites / remotely
• Work with other teams supporting our client on incidents/requests
• Participate in global and local projects

Key skills (not all essential)
• Experience with providing 2nd line support for users
• Good understanding of Microsoft Systems, i.e. Windows 10, Microsoft Office, O365
• Good understanding of Android and iOS mobile devices setup, support and troubleshooting,
• Familiarity of an ITIL Support Request, Incident and Problem Management, Change Management
• Some knowledge about Active Directory administration
• Network printing troubleshooting, support and setup
• Base network and servers knowledge
