Job description

1st Line Support Analyst 
Arts, Entertainment and Recreation
London onsite/ hybrid

We have been retained as the sole recruitment partner to one of the world’s most prestigious museum groups.

The IT Support Analyst is part of a team of three responsible for providing 1st line support on a shift-based rota between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday via telephone, e-mail, self-support and face to face for internal V&A customers on various technologies in use within the museum including Windows/Apple desktop and mobile systems, the MS Office suite and other internal systems along with Active Directory and Office 365 administration. The IT Support Analyst may also be requested to support various projects/works within the IT Department as required. This role will be based at South Kensington.

Required Skills / Environment

Demonstrable experience in a first line support role providing support via telephone, e-mail, self-support and face to face
Demonstrable experience in Active Directory/Office 365 user account administration
Proven experience providing support on Windows desktops/laptops/tablets and/or Mac desktops and laptops
Proven experience providing support on the Microsoft Office application (i.e. Outlook/Word/Excel etc)
Hardware and software problem diagnosis and resolution
Experience using an ITSM ticket management system

Salary: £27,000
