As a long- established tech recruitment partner to this international back we have been asked to assist in the hire of a number of individuals with experience in the Quant space both at Developer and Analyst levels, Over 120 individuals have joined this bank via us over the years. We enjoy a good relationship, and we view this as one of the better banks in terms of working culture.

Benefits of joining this team: You would be joining a smaller Quant team compared to most banks in London and as such your role would be more diverse in terms of touching all areas and you should have the option to work on asset classes you perhaps have an interest in. This has been confirmed to us. Further there is lots of on-going work, so good longevity prospects.

All roles need robust ability in either C++ or C# (at Developer or analyst level) with experience in a quant related technical role. Further some of the following skills are needed for some of these roles:

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• A portfolio showcasing their UX process and the impact it has had on products that people love (Rationale needed on Portfolio).
• Proficiency with a variety of tools and a willingness to adapt to new ones as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Excellent understanding of web technologies
• Empathy, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn about compliance in finance
• Experience in an enterprise business environment is a definite asset

Skills / Environment
- Provide BAU 3rd Line Technical Infrastructure Support
- Act as point of escalation for Infrastructure Incidents given by the Service Desk
- Mentor, Coach and Assist junior members in the Service Desk Team
- Monitor the health of Infrastructure Systems
- Improving the monitoring of systems
- Administer Corporate Infrastructure (Active Directory, LAN, Internet Access Firewalls, Exchange, Office 365)
- Monitor, Troubleshoot and Resolve Server and Network Performance
- Administer and Manage the Backup and Replication Solution
- Maintain Operational Documentation

Technical Experience Required
