Our 'standard' service is a class leading IT recruitment solution. This service offers the deep candidate screening together with the complete and detailed candidate information that our established hiring clients tell us we do so well:-
1. We will take the time to understand your business and your vacancy.
2. We will take the time to produce job advertisements that are legally correct, factual, interesting and boolean search friendly. We will advertise in all the best and leading all industry and niche IT job portals. Refreshing ads frequently.
3. We will diligently and pro-actively sift through our 100,000 strong internal IT CV database and the multitude of pay per view online all industry and IT niche CV databases we have access to.
4. We will present a short-list of the very best match candidates, following a deep screening exercise.
5. Each candidate will have been spoken to at length about your role opportunity to ascertain interest & suitability.
6. Each candidate will have completed a bespoke questionnaire. This document will answer all the common questions any prospective employer will have and will drill down relevant skills proficiency and detail why a candidate wants to work for you.
7. Option to test any / all of the candidates we present using one of our 300+ online technical tests.
8. Each candidate will be given full details: Your organisation name, website link and full company / role details and documentation.
9. Email authorisation obtained from all candidates confirming their interest and clear commitment to be a candidate for your role prior to CV presentation.
10. Full pre- to post placement support, including offer facilitation, referencing and post placement review.
