Earlier this year we were asked along with two other agencies to identify two senior IT Director level relationship managers for a tier 1 banking firm in London. Our client needed individuals capable of managing highly sensitive relationships including one which faced off to their largest client. Among open competition we filled both roles following the delivery of a small short-list of candidate which passed through our selection process. Both roles were filled successfully and both individuals are in place in these highly critical business roles.
