IT skills testing facility

Over the past few years we have researched several leading providers on IT specific online testing tools. We use the eSkills suite of
comprehensive IT technical tests. eSkills (a product originating from the USA) is one of the leading online technical testing tools on the
market today and is used by many large corporate organisations to test IT proficiency levels and IT technical expertise across multiple
disciplines of potential employees.
What sets the testing tool that we use apart is the ability to add bespoke technical questions to a set of comprehensive pre-defined multiple
choice technical questions. So for example, if there were two or three specific technical questions that you would ordinarily ask a candidate
at interview stage, we can incorporate these questions into our test, either in multiple choice format or requiring a written text answer.
The system we use records items such as time to answer each question and details difficulty level of each question and what the question is
testing.
We can offer IT technical testing as an add-on to our standard recruitment service or as an independent service at a cost of £25 per test,
per delegate. We are happy for recruiting clients to have one of their IT team to try one of the tests at no cost, prior to commitment.
All tests are carried out online and are timed.
