Entry into our client area gives our new and current recruiting clients access to our industry-unique, in-house developed vacancy and candidate management tool.

Functionality

  • View current live vacancies and archived closed vacancies.
  • View pre-screened candidates for these live and archived vacancies.
  • Sort, flag, short-list, reject, hold, make notes on, request interviews and actions on candidates.
  • Creates a complete audit trail of your vacancies and associated candidates.
  • Over time creates a candidate pool unique to your business showing you immediately a list of pre-screened candidates who have expressed an interest in working for you.

To issue a new vacancy to us via this web site, you need to register first.

Unregistered clients
If you have never previously registered with us but you would like to, please register by selecting Register & issue vacancy, from the menu above.

Registered clients
If you are a current recruiting client who has previously registered on this site please log in using the Login button on the horizontal menu above. Enter your full e-mail address and password. (There is the facility here to have your password e-mailed to you, if you have forgotten it).

The left-hand menu changes when you are logged in to give you Client options, as detailed below:

Review candidates
Once you have instructed us to assist with your recruitment, the Review candidates area will be the main page that you will need to visit to view pre-screened applicants and candidates for your vacancy. From here you can view all of your live vacancies, closed vacancies and associated applications.

New vacancy
Here you can transmit a vacancy notification to us and upload any supporting documentation: job description; person specification; benefits details.

Once you have transmitted a vacancy to us via this web site, we will contact you, prior to carrying out any actions, to confirm your instructions.

Manage users
If it is beneficial to allow more than one staff member access to view your vacancies and associated pre-screened candidates, a registered user can authorise and set up access for a colleague here.
