Referral rewards

We always value referrals and recommendations and are happy to reward individuals for any help given to us. By referring Deerfoot IT you can secure a reward. We are aware that your motivation to recommend a colleague or friend for a role will be to primarily help them, but we feel it is only correct to share some of our commission if you have helped us too.

We hope you can recommend us with confidence; our placements fees are modest compared to many of our peers and we provide a genuine, intelligent and pressure-free service to all. Here's how we reward referrals, depending on whether you recommend a candidate to us (candidate referral) or you recommend us to a client (end client referral):

Candidate referrals
For successful referrals we will give you 10% of our gross placement margin fee.

Terms and conditions: Your candidate recommendation needs to be for one of our current vacancy roles (the candidate will not have independently applied for the role prior to your recommendation). Your candidate recommendation must (via Deerfoot) accept, start and remain in the permanent role for a period of 8 full weeks. Note for contract roles the referral rewards will apply to the first six month period of the contract assignment only. * You cannot be currently working for the company where we secure a role for the candidate unfortunately either.

End client referrals
Should you recommend Deerfoot to an end-user client (recruiting company) that goes on to use our services to recruit IT personnel (as a direct result of your recommendation) we will give you 10% of our gross placement margin fee. This will apply to the first placement we achieve (following your recommendation) and any placements we achieve over the subsequent 12 month period.

Terms and conditions: No referral reward fees are payable if we (Deerfoot) have made a placement with the company in the 18 months prior to your recommendation (i.e. we have a recent proven relationship).
