My client based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia are looking for a Solutions Designer to be responsible for leading the detailed design of new Treasury solution as well as the maintenance/enhancement of existing Treasury systems.
The Solutions Designer for Treasury will have a mix of advanced technology and strong analytical skills. This role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to translate user requirements and high level solutions specification into detailed design specification to be used by developers in the building of the solution.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with Treasury technology team and business owners to understand business requirements and strategy related to the assigned line of business in order to design Treasury solutions utilizing best practices and industry standard processes
• Design all aspects of a solution based on an environment comprised of TR Kondor products and SOA framework using best practices and common patterns
• Document solution designs and how they interact with the larger enterprise architecture
• Work with business requirements to identify and understand user needs while mapping user requirements to Treasury solution.
• Works with Treasury architect, analysts and developers to ensure a tight fit between the Treasury environment and business requirements
• Deliver detailed design specifications of integrated solutions and systems, while ensuring performance, security, scalability and integrity.
• Participate in project conceptual designs and lead functional and technical design effort
• Provide consulting and troubleshooting on daily development activities
Experience:
• 15+ years of experience working in IT banking environment supporting Treasury integrated solutions covering wide range of products in Treasury Operations: Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, Capital Markets, Derivatives and structured products.
•
• 15 + years of experience working with Treasury systems preferably TR (Kondor +)
• Strong knowledge of investment / commercial banking operations processes in the area of Treasury
• SOA and ESB-based Design and Integration
• Functional exposure to the following Reuters products
